KYC and AML Policy
Before a payout leaves the casino, Richard Casino checks who is receiving it. These Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks protect players from fraud, keep minors out and make sure money goes to the right person. This page explains when verification happens, which documents you need and how the checks work.
When Verification Happens
You can register and play without sending documents. Verification is required before your first withdrawal. The casino can also ask for documents at any other time at its own discretion, for example after large transactions or if account details do not match.
Documents You Need

Make sure your documents are valid, in colour and easy to read, with all four corners visible. The details must match those in your profile: full name, residential address and email.
How to Get Verified
- Log in to your account.
- Complete your profile with your full name and residential address.
- Open the verification section and upload your documents.
- Wait for the check to be completed before you request a withdrawal.

Age Checks
Only players aged 18 and over may play. If an account turns out to belong to a minor, it is closed, all bets are cancelled and any winnings are forfeited.
Anti-Money Laundering Rules
To prevent money laundering and fraud, the casino follows these rules:
- One account per person, household, IP address and device.
- Card payouts only to cards in the account holder's name.
- Withdrawals preferably to the same method used for deposits.
- Monitoring of unusual account activity.
- Payments can be held while a check is in progress.
Changing Your Details
The email on your account cannot be changed. Other personal details, such as your name or address, are updated only through support with supporting documents.
